If you have celiac disease or gluten intolerance we have fantastic range of gluten free sausages and minces that taste great too! In fact we have one amazing customer that travels almost 100 km from Southport on the Gold Coast just for our range of gluten free sausages!

Our sausages and minces are made on the premises to ensure that our gluten free flavours are 100% gluten free.
Depending on the flavour we use either a rice meal or cornmeal to bind our sausage meat (note: without some form of binder sausage meat is just mince!). We also use the leanest possible meats to ensure you're sausages are of the highest quality

Please note we do also produce a small number of flavours that do contain gluten. Always ask our friendly staff to point you towards our gluten free flavours.
