Depending on the flavour we use either a rice meal or cornmeal to bind our sausage meat (note: without some form of binder sausage meat is just mince!). We also use the leanest possible meats to ensure you're sausages are of the highest quality.
Please note we do also from time to time produce a small number of flavours that do contain gluten. Always ask our friendly staff to point you towards our gluten free flavours.
